Restorative Slow Flow

A cosy, candlelit class designed to help you unwind, restore, and reconnect with your body through slow, flowing movements and long-held postures. With a focus on deep relaxation, we'll use breathwork and soothing techniques to release tension, calm the nervous system, and promote a sense of peace. This gentle practice allows you to move at your own pace, making it ideal for anyone looking to de-stress, unwind, and find true relaxation. All levels are welcome.
