My journey with yoga began over a decade ago, and it’s been a deeply transformative path of connection, growth & discovery ever since.
My journey with yoga began quite by chance while work-exchanging at a retreat centre in northern Thailand. What started as curiosity soon unfolded into a lifelong practice — a way of moving, breathing & being that continues to shape how I meet the world.
Over the years, I’ve lived & worked in ashrams and retreat centres around the world, learning from teachers and traditions that have deeply influenced both my personal practice & teaching style. These experiences continue to remind me that yoga is not something we do — it’s something we live.
Since then, I’ve trained in a variety of styles including Vinyasa, Hatha & Yin, with a particular love for slow, restorative flows that invite deep rest & reflection. I weave in Vedic wisdom, astrology & the rhythms of nature, creating practices that honour the changing seasons, lunar cycles & the energetic qualities of the doshas.
These days, I’m grateful to share yoga closer to home — teaching regular classes at Otto House in Winton, as well as in local gyms & studios across Bournemouth. Whether guiding a group class, holding space on retreat, or working 1:1, my intention is always the same: to offer yoga as a practice of coming home to yourself and reconnecting with your breath, body & the world around you.
